Responsibilities
- Oversee media advertising campaigns on Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.
- Own the creation of landing pages and other conversion opportunities
- Work with the sales team on lead qualification, marketing-to-sales handoff processes, etc.
- Understand business objectives and revenue goals, as part of the strategy development process.
- Oversee email marketing and lead nurturing efforts – generate leads as agreed with the manager
- Working with Product Marketing to create drip campaigns
- Own the use of our marketing technology platforms; Plan and run conversion testing and other experiments Develop and execute an ongoing content promotion strategy
- Act as our community manager on our social media accounts
- Report on key results and other predetermined KPIs regularly, such as website traffic, lead generation, revenue attribution, and so forth
- Proactively stay on top of digital marketing trends and news, to inform future growth strategies and opportunities
- Act as the owner of our website performance & uptime, with a focus on optimizing for search and user experience Reporting on the overall SEO health of web properties and rolling up SEO reports for analysis. Troubleshoot SEO & propose resolutions
- Analyzing website strategies and translating qualitative data into recommendations and tactics for revising the strategies
- Maintaining Blogs, Forums & other web properties
Required Skills
- 2-3 years of experience in marketing with a strong understanding of B2B digital branding and marketing practices
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Self-directing and agile, able to quickly pivot strategies, as needed.
- Experience with marketing automation, email marketing, and other related platforms.
- Passionate, creative thinker with exceptional analytical skills.
- Team player with superb collaboration and communication skills.
- Has a pulse of what is happening in digital marketing, with an insatiable hunger for learning.
- Ability to be very hands-on” and comfortable taking direct responsibility for positive deliverable
